Role: Art Director and Lead Designer on the Mad Max/Rockstar promotional campaign.
I worked with Xbox, the Mad Max game team, Polaris and multiple agencies. The promo was an on-can exclusive. Using Eyeris HD plate printing technology through Ball Metal, we got a highly-detailed image on can that was simply not possible a few years back.
We also gave away a physical custom dune buggy that was also playable in-game. I worked with Wolfpack racing on modifying and branding a vehicle design that came from the Mad Max team. I even got down the shop and put in some work grinding metal (which was a lot of fun.) There were in-game downloads and a dedicated microsite. All facets had to fit an aesthetic that worked for all brands involved.
